I believe these to be R135 - yes? But my real question is with the paper - the image on the right seems to be on a more bluish paper and the front area a little darker. Is this from aging / bleed through from the document or paper composition? Tks for any direction - looking.

This design comes on two different papers, violet silk and green silk. R135 and R151.

got it. thank you. This is challenging to be sure - lots here! I hate to go off topic - but - im looking of the meaning " Perf. initial " also. The way the catalog reads, it looks to be one term, so im not sure if it's referring to initialed cancels or what ?!?! The stamps are listed as Perf11. -> R264 - 275. Not in Glossary as one term or in the beginning of the catalog that I can find. Anyone ?

Yes, perforated initials cancels. VERY common on many 20th century revenues.

thanks again - I guess I have yet to see one of those. I have seen cut cancels. Also, I now have a R151 and picked up an extra R135 as I had them in the wrong spot!! Appreciate all your time.
