I would need your help to be able to classify this stamp from Mexico, since I am not able to locate it in my Scott catalog...

It's a revenue stamp, not postal. So obviously not in Scott.

This is CF152 (from Mexican Revenue Stamps catalogue numbering), a 1903 Contribucion Federal general revenue stamp, minimal value. Missing the "talon" piece at the bottom.

For new collectors and new readers ,plus the many who don't collect Mexican revenues here is what is being discussed ,notice the word "Talon" on the bottom part of the stamp .

wow, very interesting...so the overprint of the word 'Puebla' is one of the states in Mexico. What was the need to overprint the state onto the stamp?
