I am not an expert. In my 2013 Scott Classic, it appears to be Scott #12. Catalog value listed at $300 US.

It depends upon what you paid for it. All items have no value until they are sold and then that is only the value of the moment.

I do not collect items such as the one you show, so it has no value to me. If I found it in my collect as a surprise, I would take what ever a dealer of the area would offer me here in the USA even if just $5.00.
