Upper Volta/Burkina Faso "Mini-Sheets"

I Found these in a shoebox in what looks like a dealer glassine with a type-written description of "UPPER VOLTA Mini-sheets" - no idea where I got it!

They are all imperforate and the set of 6 are printed on white paper, along with the light blue background as you see in the image.

There was also a C103a that looks legit.

I don't see anything in Scott for these designs with the lack of perforations or the blue background.

My question is: Are these proofs, just some non-philatelic paper souvenirs, or WHAT??

Hi BreefmackUSA,

Those are the, 1974 Centenary of the UPU sheetlets with overprint (set of six) with a blue background and an imperforate souvenir sheet.
