Hi stamp gurus,
I can't seem to find a cover/precancel like this that specifically lists Providence, Rhode Island. Is there any uniqueness or specialness to this cover? Thanks!

Wouldn't www.upss.org be apropro? The aspects on the cheat sheet are of their catalog identifiers.

The PSS has a catalog for precanceled stationery. I do not have a copy. www.precancels.com/publications
