Hello all,
I've added to my collection an 1871 Heraldic Dragon 100 mon stamp. I'm trying to plate it, either plate 1 or plate 2?...or is it a forgery altogether?


any help with plating and value is welcomed.

It is a forgery of a 100 mon stamp ,plate A.
Wrong paper and color.
