If you do a Google search of Stamp Bazaar etc you will see the results are, first this message and then from second result onwards there are multiple results mentioning this company. Firstly, they were a stamp store starting in the 1870's, secondly, they published a paper "Dominion Bazaar". They may have also published a paper called "Toronto Philatelist". If not the publisher, they were an advertiser.
