I have been going through my duplicated and found an interesting postmark that I don't recognise. Thought it might have been a late fee but not sure. Any help appreciated.

Close, Bobby!

It is actually London E.C. (East Central), one of its so-called fancy geometric postmarks, which were introduced in the early 1880's and were used until the end of the 1890s.

Let me try and post an image of the postmark, Figure 1318 from Postmarks of England and Wales by James Mackay.
