Hi,
I'm relatively new to this, and I'm trying to figure out if I have a 1908-09, a 1909, or a 1910-1913 Ben Franklin 1 cent. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Do you have access to a Scott U.S. Specialized Catalogue? You can frequently find them in your public library. Toward the front of the catalogue you will find a section titled "IDENTIFIER OF DEFINITIVE ISSUES". There you will find a list of all the different stamps listed by design. For your stamp, there are only 3 non-coil stamps ... 331, 374 & 357. The fact that the non-coils of this design were issued only in perf gauge 12 makes identification a bit easier. 357 is one of the "blue-paper" (actually more gray than blue) stamps ... which yours is not. Which limits your choices to 331 & 374. To determine which it is, you will need to check the watermark (double-line for 331, single-line for 374).
