IMO - highly questionable. The cancel does not look like a Guam cancel. I can't tell anything about the overprint as my monitor is showing the "GUAM" as bluish which would be wrong. Additionally, the basic color of the stamp appears too yellow, but that could be due to your scanning or my monitor. The PF has certified one, possibly two examples, as used in the last 40+ years.
Thanks for the reply. I have scanned the stamp replaced the image in my original message with the scan.
As for the cancel, I can see some black bars on the right side of the stamp and part of a circle, maybe from a cds on the left side, but nothing legible I can read.
