Howdy all: Well I got my new stamp today and here it is. Now BeeSee has to keep his word and collect weird man powered modes of railway transportation thingies...

And the stamps from CBN are spring and nice but the cancel missed the stamps. I liked it when the Bee is prominent on the stamp and not just a wingtip. Oh well - the stamps look almost unused this way.
Cheers
Murray

Nice stamps.

I think they are doing the cancel this way a most collectors like their used stamps to be relative free of cancel.

Specialist collectors into cancels such as me like the cancel for itself and wish the stamp had more cancel showing.

There is a market for both.

If you don't want the piece I will buy it!

Puzzler - when I saw this cancel all I could think of was it going to be the busiest or almost the busiest in your collection. I'll send it along next time I got stuff going to the merrytimes. It missed the bike on the railway which got posted today

Geez - I've seen $5 Jubilees with smudge cancels that have less ink on them than this one..

Only a cancel lover (that's me!) could love that. That is great. It has all my favorite insect stamps on it too. Colourful and cancelled, what is better than that?

Here they are:

Then - the guy had a bunch of windmill stamps and covers so I got some of the - only 1 balloon stamp - pity but the windmills are great - here are the stamps: The windmill on the top left does not have a cover but is a different view of the Lasalle windmill produced in 2008. BeeSee I got 2 of each if you are interested?

Those windmill covers and stamps are really nice. I will have to pass for now until I am sorted out. Saved the pics though.

Jopie on here might like those too, she collects windmills.

Howdy all: I got the covers from the Edmonton show and they are on the website.
I also found out about a 3 stamp set made in Lethbridge to commemorate their high level bridge but no luck finding them yet - it was 3 years ago.
Cheers

I was only able to get two of these covers, the other without the year date properly pressed won and cancelled clearly. I owe one and am keeping one.

The previous Shelburne stamps and cover were, not understood by me at the time, belonging to the gentleman and not for purchase from him.

However, he said tonight to me that they may still be available from the Shelburne, NS post office and I also have an old web site and email I think for a man down that way so am in the process of researching and digging about for these.

Spring is coming and Hope Springs Eternal it is said!!

Note the stampless cover (to the colony of Nova Scotia) cachet along with the flag of Great Britain.

Nice cover - keep trying on those ones Puzzler.
I had a bonanza day and added 10 new stamps to the catalog - some of them from covers. All in all pretty nice. I have added a feature where you can see the new ones added recently on the traders page. Puzzler - I thought you might comment on the dog and cat trading places on the trader page. Give it a look and just watch for 30 seconds.
Cheers

Hi Guys - I need to continue my education and I'm counting on you
Below is a scan of labels for greeting stamps taken from the unitrade catalog 2010. At the bottom under other labels are a Santa and a Cupid on a Heart that I have never seen new of used. Where can I find them?? I've gone through all my booklets and asked several sellers with no luck
So now it's up to you - there is a prize for the winner
