Can anyone identify this hand stamp? I think it says wpp holloway and am guessing its a penny post hand stamp, I cannot find any reference to it so appreciate any help, thanks

I believe it says "Upp" rather than Wppi. Maybe an abbreviation for Upper ?

It is a receiving mark. Upper Holloway was on the Barnet ride.
