Afghanistan 230? Scott Unlisted Shade

This one has me stumped and thought I'd toss it out there to see if anyone has seen this.

The only shade that Scott lists is pink for 227 and 230, and Yvert also lists an ultramarine shade. This one isn't either. My wife is the color recognizer in the family and she says maybe lavender, so I don't think it's a darker pink, or a faded ultra.

Any ideas you have will be helpful.....thanks in advance! Ray

Looks like faded ultramarine to me, but perhaps they had lots of color proofs or third party 'specials'.
