Some help, please.
I THINK the cancel at left says ""SYVIKGREND 6280". But I don't find a place with that name. I do find Syvik. And, when I look up the 6280 postcode, I get Sovik. So what is "Syvikgrend," if that's right?
The cancel fragment at right says "...OR TYSKLAND - OSLO". Tyskland is the Norwegian word for Germany. So could this be a cancel from the German Embassy? Or what?
