This is the only revenue stamped baggage ticket I've encountered. Presumably these were pretty ephemeral and not typically saved.
It's a "Freight Receipt and Agreement" from the West Penn Railways Company with a printed faux signature of "Williston Fish" (great name!), vice president of the railway, with a 1-cent documentary revenue stamp, punch cancelled.
No year can be inferred, but presumably somehwere in the 1914-1920s range? Not sure what the begin-end dates were for this specific tax.
