The title explains the issue which also is shown in the screen shots. What I did not image was the one (1) only one occurrence when while typing in the title I got an informational text box popup telling me my title had not yet reached 30 characters. I mention at only because the hard text on the page states 20 characters.
The other several screen shots don't want to load into the image optimizer and I am stopping as this one should be enough. This was a screen shot AFTER I edited the title and it still showed zero just as the previous title and when creating this thread.
Okay I tried one more screen shot (other this topic) and it worked.
