Im having trouble with these identifying Scott no.'s & paper type - soft vs hard. I've done the light test and do not see a mottled appearance. But they dont seem to be thin & hard either. O74 vs O109 and O75 vs O110?

I was wonder if any of the experts can help here & tell by scans?

Based on the perfs I suspect they are soft paper but backlighting should make it clear which type they are.

I'm going to try backlighting again. Any tips on type of light, dim or bright? I've tried with iPhone at brighter and dimmer. But what I see does not look like the mottled look on stampsmarter page.

So I've looked with desk lamp and I dont seem to see a mottled look. I also have an O112 & O113 with certs that look different. I've also looked looked at Sc 219 - 229 which I think are soft paper and the 3 above look different. As mentioned, the perfs, made me think soft paper.
