France Colis Postal Unlisted? Can Not Find

These came in a French revenue collection I purchased. They are not listed among the first issues of parcel post in the Scott Classic Specialized, nor can I find them in the Y&T Fiscal et Socio-Postaux catalog (2004). Are these in the standard Y&T catalog?

They're Algerian, not French. There are several very similar issues of these types.
