Unfortunately, I can't really identify the consequences of three stamps. The first 50 cents included the description without a watermark! Maybe someone knows the area:)
The first two (50c denomination) are perf. 11, so is the 1917 Scott J67 (Scott CV $1.00 in VF sound condition).
The 30c denomination is perf. 12, and appears to be unused. It would be either the 1894-5 Scott J36 (unwatermarked) or 1895-7 J43 (Double line watermark). If without gum, it may have been used, just not cancelled.
