The fold in the centre of the stamp which has also cracked a certain part of the stamp colours depreciate the value of the stamp. Is such stamps considered damaged? The Back of the stamp seems to be normal without any damages. Thanks.

The first point is that the stamp has practically no value in any case. Here, it's not clear whether the fold happened during printing (in which case it may have some oddity value to a collector) or in use (in which case it won't).

Very much so. Folds tend to be from mishandling or poor storage. Some folds are caused in production and get by quality checks. These can add a minimum premium but not often. The illustration shows a common used issue which is minimum value to begin with

It is not clear enough from your picture.

However, there are more issues with the surface of the stamp and that suggests the gash is damage and not a printing flaw.
