Belgium Scott 7 (Thick paper) or 7a (Thin to Medium paper). CV =$8.50

actually I just ordered 1 but not recieved yet , usually search in stampworld , and the problem is a find many issue of this stamp and I cant decide which issue is , thank you so much mr rogdcam
