Hi, have looked at this one and I believe it is either a 1A or an 8. I am trying to get better at this but it is quite difficult! I have several more am trying to determine but trying to get better at this so will post only when I have tried my best!

I'm inclined to go with plate 1b, owing to the top left star and the black Maltese Cross cancel, but I won't be putting my house on it!
