Request for identification of the postmark on the piece of stationery of the Cape of Good Hope. I cannot find the name of the Sanatorium that matches the difficult to read part of the stamp.

ImageSleuth is free and may be downloaded from the link in my signature.

Unfortunately, it is not a great help here because the post office name is blurred, it works better for postmarks that are obscured.

However, It incorrectly lists a "Doorn Hek Sanatorium" (Thorn Gate Sanatorium) in place of "Doorn Nek Sanitorium" (Thorn Neck Sanatorium).

This contains an entry for "Doorn Nek Sanatorium;" however, it includes a clear illustration of a postmark, which correctly identifies your postmark as "Doorn Nek Sanitorium."
