I believe the original printing of these stamps put the stamps very close together. Large margins like these suggest this is a reprint or a forgery. I'm not any sort of expert but the background looks quite unlike images of genuine stamps I have seen so I'd suspect a forgery or a stamp printed for dealers to send out so collectors could fill their album pages
