Hello, I am new here and it was suggested I come here to get some info about 2 stamps I have. Both are on post marked postcards. I appreciate any info anyone may be able to give. Thank you!

Pennies, even if the stamps were not damaged. Billions of those stamps were issued. The postcards with the stamps will be worth a few more pennies. The top stamp is 4th bureau issue, and the bottom stamp is a second bureau issue.

The two recipients are probably related. Are they family?

No not related to me. I found them at a secondhand craft store and after some work tracked the family down on Ancestry.com

I am mailing them both to the family this week but was told to look into the value of the stamps so out of curiosity I posted here :)

The cards might be neat to the family, but are unlikely to be all that interesting to a collector.
