I am not sure if it is the granite paper one or not, and in it's current condition is pretty rough, but it's a nice example of a clear Type II Inverted frame.

Granite paper has red and blue threads in it, and will be clearly visible.

So that makes it the J7c Type II Inverted Frame. I'll go back and look at my Austrian 1890-1896 stuff to compare then as that's on granite paper.

This is the backside of the above stamp...will dig out one of the Austrian ones I know is granite to show the comparison.
