Need help to identify this Holiday Elves Forever stamp. If you are able to identify it, please provide the Scott Catalog number. Any assistance would be appreciated.....
The CVP-prefix indicates "Computer Vended Postage." These are postage stamps issued by USPS. The stamp's design is pre-printed much like traditional postage stamp. However, the black text and code are not printed until the time of purchase. These stamps are available for purchase from Self-Service Kiosks in select post offices. Thus, 100% of the printing is controlled by the postal service.
