IDing exactly where some stamps have been postmarked in India can be really challenging. I've exhausted my sources for figuring out the exact locations of these three and would appreciate any help.
At left, the top line reads KARITHALA and the bottom line TRICHUR.
At center, the bottom line begins MONKO....
At right, the bottom line begins RUSSEL S....
Help, please!

There's a "Russel Street" in Calcutta.

Edziu, just trying to help here.
If you have an error on a post like above, you can easily fix it yourself. On every post on the top line it shows a row of icons
One of these is a sheet of paper with a pencil.
Click on it and you will get an edit page, I just used it - it is the third icon!
Good luck

Peter

Trichur, once Thrissivaperur, currently, is called Thrissur.
It is in Kerala State.

There, also, is a Karithala Residency Hall. The problem is that both the school and the centre are in Ernakulam District of Kerala, and not in Thrissur district. The latter appears at the bottom of the stamp. So, they are unlikely to be the Karithala in the cancellation.

There is a Karithala Road in Panampilly Nagar. This again is in Ernakulam and not in Thrissur.

The name seems somewhat common. The question is whether there is a Karithala Road or House in Thrissur.

There is a Karuthala Siva Temple in Thrissur. I don't know if that's close, when translated, or far apart.
