USPostalNotes provided some images of a copy of his 1888 edition of the Official Postal Guide which was prepared for President Grover Cleveland.
https://goscf.com/t/88783I don't have a presidential version, but I have a copy of the 1887 edition of the
Postal Laws & Regulations that was customized for a Post Office Inspector.
The book is interesting because it not only has the same 597 pages that all copies of this edition had, but includes an Appendix C, with another 178 pages of current Postal Conventions between the United States and a variety of foreign countries. I have never seen another copy of this PL&R with this Appendix or other additional pages.
The book is bound in what looks like a leatherette rather than the usual black cloth, and his name is embossed on the front cover. The inside board have marbled papers.
