I can't seem to turn up any information on this. Image search comes up blank. Perhaps someone can recognize it. It is most likely late 1940s. Thanks in advance. It is rouletted.

A commonly used revenue stamp in Taiwan (Republic of China) applied to a receipt to show that taxes were paid on a money transaction in the 1950s.
