Lithuania stamp on a twin horizontal strip. The overprint of value on both stamps seem like there are some variation.variation. Opinions will be much appreciated. Thank you.

This is SG 162, from the 1919 issue surcharged in 1922.

I can't see any differences in the surcharge printing that can't be accounted for by random differences in the inking and/or later damage.

With care you can probably make the crushed perforations look better.
