So many Cash on Delivery parcels were sent by mail order houses in Sweden so the Post Office issued special values for the most common rates. Here is a parcel card with the 115öre paying the following rate Cash on delivery parcel 1-3 kg, 5-50 kr. Parcel fee 1-3 kg: 90 öre (1925-07-01--1947-03-31) Cash on delivery fee 5-50 kr: 25 öre (1924-10-01--1934-06-30)
The Cash on Delivery fee remained unchanged until 1 April 1948 if the amount was paid to a Postal Girobank account

I will not argue that point but the OP started the thread about "stamps" not "postage stamps," just "stamps." Stamps they are, postal validity is none.
