Just based upon the shape of the "S" in Reales which should look like an "8" if genuine your example is a fake.

There is a proof of this stamp with the eagles head facing right. The information is online at a "forbidden to mention website" but you have to be a member to read it.

Found this on a auction site with the minummin bid starting at 80 euros. Have no information about it being a proof stamp though. All the auction house says is that its on wove paper. Here it is:
