Your cover appears to be missing a 10 cent stamp, since the rate was 22 cents at the time.

Also as follow-up, here is a FDC of the last due stamp:


Also the latest use I have on a Form 3582-A, December 30, 1985, which is an equally proper use to a cover and the typical way to find the higher values.
