I recently found a plate block with the perforations going through the image by about 2mm. Should this be considered a misperf, error, variant or a freak? I'm thinking of it as a variant. I'm for sure I am wrong. So what does thou think? Joanne
We would need a scan, of course. Older issues from the US were often perforated as you mention, hence no extra value and considered normal. If a newer issue, this may be an oddity. We need more information to help you.
