Hi NSK
I'm trying to tie down a date and some history.
I have searched online but cant find anything with the disclaimer on the left hand side.
I'm wondering what date ?
I wonder why the ""the postman Warwick - (3copies) ?
If I don't ask - I won't get any assistance or help.
As simply that!

Probably, the wrapper was to be used to send three copies of the newspaper. Whether it is a note to or from the postman in Warwick Parish on Bermuda is unclear.

There is a good chance the newspapers will have come from Hamilton, in which case it would have been note to the postman in warwick Parish. Also, unless it was the newspaper editor that typed the note, I would not expect it to read "postman" but "postmaster."

As there is no cancel or address, the wrapper may never have been used.

I would doubt the wrapper was ever used, but just from a number of previously made up wrappers to send 3 copies daily to the Postman in Warwick from whatever newspaper, but then was never used.
