Unless the buyer reads this column in the next couple of weeks, what recourse do they have if they realize or are informed that the listing was inaccurate much later? Does
ebay have some extended period for returns if the item is not as described? Given that the cert is only 6 months old, are they likely to send it in for another soon, given that they apparently relied on the cert being accurate while bidding? It's sad to think about what they will discover if they hang onto it for a few years and then get a new cert (hopefully not from PSE) when they go to resell it.
