Given all the various threads regarding perforation measurements on United States stamps -- I ran across this booklet published by the Bureau Issues Association back in April 1997 -- essentially a series of articles reprinted from the United States Specialist. It starts off with an article authored by Kiusalas himself. Thought it might be of interest -- and apologies in advance if this is redundant information -- link to the pdf is here:
