Bill was a stamp expert that will be greatly missed. I have used him for years as an expertizer and he was always quick in turn around time and very reasonable in pricing. In his last shipment to me he was frantically trying to leave Naples FL for Danbury and he got my order done and mailed in a week! Norman Hinds
