You may occasionally have to prove you're human. Minor inconvenience to keep the server running smoothly.

Not being knowledgable about coding or programing and just being a user of devices, I can say that as a user of a samsung tablet, and since joining the forum; I have never been knocked out, logged out or denied service or had any
trouble using the site. Thanks Bobby for keeping up the good work.

As long as Cloudfare is willing to believe stamp collectors are human .... It did work about an hour ago. Just before that I was locked out of SCF for about 15 minutes and kept getting the same error message.

I've never had problems with this site, but on a different stamp forum, I've been receiving multiple Cloudfare pop-ups asking me to verify that I am human. I've been stuck in a loop on that one for quite awhile, but OK here.

Thanks for everything that you do.

It seems honeymoon is over.
SInce yesterday, I get the "Verify that you are human" screen.
This time, it took 15 minutes and several reloads until it figured out I'm actually human....

No such issues yet. It does ask it mid-session.

On a different subject: the reply-to-topic sometimes stops responding. Yesterday it first lost a whole post. Then it lost a part post. This is something that started last week and it is getting more frequent.

I have not encountered it here but I have on the down under forum. It has taken 3 cycles and wonder what is going on while it is "checking".

When your human status is questioned by the machine do you ever think perhaps there may be some level of truth to that?

It has taken 3 cycles and wonder what is going on while it is "checking".
The algorithm used to check mouse movements. Usually humans do more or less slightly erratic mouse moves into the clickbox while bots would go straight to the box or do nothing.

What the algortihm does now I have no idea. Before when I had met "the box", it would take a second to proceed, now (at least on this site), it takes several seconds (or even a minute, and one time it continuously reloaded the screen no matter what I did).

/add Just came from stampboards.com. Endless cloudfare loop :-(
Obviously someone screwed up the algorithm.

I am not a member of the Oz forum with the brainless bigmouth that moderates it. However, I, sometimes read some threads. The Cloudflare check there and here take only one or two seconds. I use different devices and browsers.

Here, it does continue to check mid-session.

I have no idea what is going on Down Under.
If I try to access the top page of the oz forum, I get endless Cloudfare loops. If I jump directly into a thread, I get 1-5 seconds of Cloudfare then I'm human...
Here, I sometimes see the Cloudfare check for a second or two, sometimes it's just an almost unnoticeable blip and I'm human.

One challenge should last 8 hours for Switzerland and the Netherlands. Is it more often than that? If it is, I'll look into it.

Edit: I just changed it to 1 day.

The eight hours should translate into one or two challenges a day after first logging on, at most. I think that is what was happening.

Now, it checks within an hour of logging on. Is the daily check fixed at a time, or relative to the last check?

Edit: it checks again within 20 - 30 minutes, whether you refresh the page or just click on one of the buttons to go to a psecific section (home, tools, members, etc.).
