As a large share of stamps have white borders, the black pages make the stamps better stand out from the pages. Unless you want to write something on the pages (don't, use printed pieces of paper as inserts instead), then you might be better off with white pages.
Of course, dark stamps with the design running over the perforations and miniature sheets with dark outlines may look better on white pages.

Don't worry. It was just a suggestion. If there is an issue a moderator will move your post.

From a practical point of view, no difference. However I think black pages show off the stamps better, if that's the objective. They have the benefit of making the whole of the stamp visible including the edges and perforations. If you have a stamp which is imperf along one edge, for example, it's easily seen against a black page - not so against white.
Stock books aren't enormously expensive, so why not buy one of each, and do some testing in order to make your own mind up? The glory of stamp collecting is that you don't have to please anybody but yourself.
