Hi, I know there has been a lot of work going on with the APS website.

I have had a userid at their stamps.org website for years.
I attempted to follow the instructions to re-register - by entering my old email/userid and "forgot password" and then "send login information".

It tells me:

Quote:
Request Failed!

Either an email address or phone number must be provided.

So I figured that they just deleted my old id (which definitely no longer works), and so I tried to create a new id. But it then tells me that an id with my email address already exists. (duh).

Any suggestions?

Is there any reason that you do not contact the APS itself?

They have a "Forgot your password" option. Enter your email and select that. They should send you a reset password link.

If not, then contact APS by email or phone.

No nothing works, and yes I will contact them myself --- but I don't have time to deal with that now. Might be awhile.

Its easy to post something quickly here in hope of an easy / quick response.

Just to follow up, I finally made time to contact the APS, and Laurie there took care of me just fine.

I will have to make some time to explore the new site soon.
