My reference material on this subject is scant, but a 1776 cover from Cirencester to Bengal is known. The book I've taken this information from is very old, but at the time it was stated as the only known example.
Thank you Bobby. I have seen estimates between 1 - 4. The cover you are referencing seems to have not been recorded since 2000. I wonder if it is lost. Are these the rarest bishop marks in your opinion?
