For rarity and possible higher value, I would suggest a modern stamp used on a genuine letter. No bills, request for donations, political items, surveys, etc. A genuine personal letter (even better if hand written or printed). Haven't even seen Christmas, Easter or other Holiday/Birthday cards lately.
