When did stamps with hinge remnants become MVLH?
On ebay, Hipstamp and others it now appears to be the norm!

When did CTO (Canceled to Order) stamps become MNH?; with no mention of the cancels!

I just can't keep with all of these changes

When sellers became unhappy with the sales prices when telling the truth.

I would add a Similie after the word sellers but I can only find ones with the thumb raised.

Do not be surprised to see MNH offers that have hinges. There are people that think that MNH means there is gum on the back.

How about L@@K WOW $$?
Can you give examples of this "norm" in screenshot form, at least?
I only ever see CTOs being sold either as CTOs or with no real description. ie. East German CTOs will just be sold as East German stamps with no mention of used / cto / cancelled.

But, but, but, I thought MNH stood for Mint New Hinge.

Edited due to misspelling MNH.

When I post my stamps...MNH=Mint Never Hinged, all the gum is intact without any marks from hinges. MLH=Mint Lightly Hinged, there is a light mark where the hinge used to be with all the gum intact. CTO=Cancel To Order, there is a cancel mark with gum intact. Allot of my postings are still marked Used for the CTO's, As of recently I have been using CTO with gum intact and cancel. As for used...= exactly that, a used stamp, no gum with a cancel. The only question I have is with Precancels. If there is no gum then I mark them as Used Precancel. If the Precancel has gum then I would use Unused Precancel.
How does this sound peeps. Am I on the right tract?

Some catalogues, I think, require full gum to describe a precancel as mint. Don't know about Scott.
