I think with a Thread title of "Stamps that make you think", you may want to add a little more context, like

This stamp is of an XX nature. It really makes you think about YY and how ZZ could also be affected. Just my thoughts.

@Lalo.Man

You can find more on that stamp and the two others issued at the same time here: https://goscf.com/t/5754&whichpage=30#794329

Each stamp shows a statue in the foreground and a statue from another stamp in the background.

The 1899 Anthony van Dyck stamp is a fine example for reflecting on talent and merit. Not being a monarch or a political figure, Mr. van Dyck, through his incredible painting talent alone, became so important that even King Charles I appointed him as the full-time artist of the royal court. He was later celebrated through this commemorative stamp and in many other ways. *** Edited by Staff - Self-promotion removed ***

Your link shows as unsafe.

You, basically, described the circumstances for the vast majority of famous painters that were born before 1800.

Also, it is a Belgian cinderella and not a stamp.

There is an Umlaut on that "O" and there is a UPU regulation on what stamps must include that applies to all countries but the UK.

Edit: reference to UPU regulation.

But those UPU rules are not always followed.

Like this one below and many others.

Sometimes, you can find a set with and without. And no flag that gives a hint.
