Just getting back into my precancel collection and noticed a difference in the style chart in the 1990 catalog to the style chart from 2020 available from precancels.com.
As I was going through my stamps I came across a stamp from Council Bluffs IA. and I got a little confused. The style checks out to be 223 in the 1990 chart but the 2020 chart did not include the 223 or even the 221 which 223 referenced too. I probably missed something or its just that I am working off of an old catalog but does anybody know why they dropped the style and what should the new style # be?
