Yes it is. Appears to be a nice one. The playing cards stamps usually have a crease in them because of how they were used.

The one to really look for is RF29. A truly rare stamp, seriously undercataloged. I can only remember seeing one in the last 20 years. Many very strong collections are lacking it.

Some of the duplicates I have.

3 Questions:

1) Are the darker maroon/brown ones changes caused by oxidation?
2) Are they R15 ?
3) are there any double transfers? The closer I looked, the more I saw! BUT, im thinking not - as I dont really have any examples other than Scott catalog. Thank you.







PS - not sure scan quality will allow to ID double transfers?? The scan seems a bit blurry to me.... I tried fewer stamps to not have to reduce file size too much, but did not seem to make a difference in quality.
