I've been collecting for 70 years+ but never a dull moment and learn new things every day. Just stumbled upon this forum and am excited to discover such a treasure trove of data and information so unselfishly shared. My first love is US classics, but have set off on a new search of "Stamps I Like" from every country I can find. The limit is a 6 line Vario stock page (or less) for each and now fills 6 volumes. Still a long list to find. Just plain FUN!
Sounds like a fun collection you're building on Vario pages. Along the same lines, I've contemplated building a collection consisting of my favourite set of definitives from every nation...but I've about 6000 more stamps to mount before I can embark on that journey.
First of all, you might want to start your own thread. If you want advice on what you have, ask for it. If you do, give people information on what you have (preferably with pictures of what you think might be interesting), so they can give you useful advice.
