I recently ran across an item which I believe to be a wrapper. The stamp design is either the Hungarian 1871 Franz Josef I or 1883 reprint of that issue. The paper it is printed on is thin and brittle, measures 2˝ inches high (50mm) by 16 inches long (406mm). It was probably originally slightly longer as I see what appears to be adhesive residue on one end and indications it was cut apart at that point. Was this a newspaper wrapper or was it used for a different purpose? Any information provided regarding this item will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for your help. I have the entire wrapper. I cropped the image so as not to exceed the maximum image size. I appreciate your help very much. Love this website.
